Step 1

Tap your iPhone or Android against the NFC tag, or scan the QR code, to start. No app required, no account needed. You’ll land on a lightweight page that verifies eligibility and moves straight to unlock.

Step 2

Enter your name and mobile number. It’s formatted as you type and lightly validated, so venues know who’s unlocking - no account or app required.

Step 3

Verify via a one-time SMS code. We text you a short code, you enter it, and you’re in - no passwords, no accounts.

Codes expire quickly for your security. Didn’t get it? You can request a new one after a brief pause.

Step 4

Door unlocked. You’ll see a green light flash from the reader and the handle is live. No keys, no app - just tap, verify, and in you go.

For shared spaces, the unlock is time-bound to your session. When time’s up, access expires automatically.
